Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Elevate Talent Models (“Management/Agency”) provides talent representation and management services to models, influencers, and creatives (“Talent”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between the Agency and Talent.

Definitions

  • “Client” means any individual or entity booking Talent through the Agency.
  • “Booking” means any engagement, project, or assignment secured by the Agency for Talent.
  • “Fees” mean any compensation, charges, or expenses payable to the Agency.

Terms

  1. Representation
  • 1.1 The Agency agrees to represent Talent and secure Bookings.
  • 1.2 Talent grants the Agency exclusive representation rights.
  1. Bookings and Fees
  • 2.1 Talent will receive booking details, including Client, location, date, and compensation.
  • 2.2 Talent must confirm acceptance within a specified timeframe.
  • 2.3 Fees will be deducted from Talent’s earnings as per the commission structure.
  1. Payment Terms
  • 3.1 Clients will pay Fees within a specified timeframe of Booking completion.
  • 3.2 Talent will receive payment within a specified timeframe of receiving Client payment.
  1. No Refund Policy
  • All payments made to the Agency are non-refundable.
  1. Fan Card
  • 5.1 A Fan Card is required for access to exclusive content and services.
  • 5.2 The Fan Card fee is a specified amount, payable to the Agency.
  • 5.3 No refunds will be issued for Fan Card purchases.
  1. Video and Audio Calls
  • 6.1 Access to video and audio calls with Talent requires a valid Fan Card.
  • 6.2 No video or audio calls will be permitted without a Fan Card.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • 7.1 Talent retains ownership of their work and image.
  • 7.2 The Agency may use Talent’s image and work for promotional purposes.
  1. Confidentiality
  • 8.1 Talent and the Agency will maintain confidentiality regarding Client information.
  1. Termination
  • 9.1 Either party may terminate representation with advance written notice.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • 10.1 Disputes will be resolved through a specified dispute resolution process.
  1. Governing Law
  • 11.1 These Terms are governed by the applicable governing law.

Acceptance

By signing below or registering with the Agency, Talent acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms.
